1. Uncle Nine (Lam Ching-ying)
A unibrowed Taoist priest who protects a village. He is a Hong Kong version of "Ghostbusters", a master of kung fu and swords.
(He starred in the Bruce Lee movie and played a main role of "Mr. Vampire" (1985). "The Big Boss" (1971), "Heart Of Dragon" (1985), etc.)
2. Captain Chiang (Billy Lau)
Uncle Nine's student. He is a man who does stupid things.
(A humorous character indispensable to the "Mr. Vampire" series. He played a gangster's minion in Jackie Chan's "Canton God Father" (1989).)
3. Uncle Ming (Richard Ng)
An inept Taoist priest. He makes money with "Brother ghost", but decides to change his mind after meeting Uncle Nine.
(Comedian. He played a policeman in "Canton God Father" (1989) and John Shum's buddy in "Pom Pom" (1984). "Winners and Sinners" (1983), "My Lucky Stars" "(1985)" Twinkle Twinkle Lucky Stars "(1985),"Mr.Vampire III "(1987), etc.)
4. Brother
Brother ghost. He travels around with his brother and Uncle Ming. His specialty is to inflate his face.
