Inspector of Hong Kong Police Force (RHKP) who once destroyed barracks and department stores. He was selected by RHKP as a "Super Cop" to infiltrate a criminal organization in Southeast Asia.
(An action star who challenges dangerous stunts. He fell from the clock tower in "Project A" (1983) and almost died in "The Armor of God" (1986) by a fall accident.)
2. Yang (Michelle Yeoh)
Inspector of Chinese Police Force and also a martial-arts expert. She teams up with Ka-Kui to pursue a criminal organization.

3. May (Maggie Cheung)
Ka-Kui's lover. This movie reveals her job. As a tour guide, she comes to Malaysia and accidentally discovers Ka-Kui.
